Fresh Fruit Cake Recipe

Here's how to make a delicious fresh fruit cake:

• Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
• In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
• Beat in eggs, one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
• In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture, alternating with milk.
• Gently fold in chopped fresh fruits of your choice, such as strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and pineapple.
• Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
• Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
• Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
